At Nuniq, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that products are returned in their original packaging and remain at least 75% full to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the beauty products in their original boxes and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
